Overview
Once you have built your candidate set, you can take action on individual candidates, add them to a job pipeline, invite them to apply, or contact them directly.
Add to Job Inbox
Add a candidate from your Bayt pool directly to a specific job’s pipeline.
- Click the candidate card.
- Select the add to job inbox
- Select the target job from your active jobs list.
- Confirm. The candidate appears in that job’s pipeline immediately.

Reusing Your Pool Across Multiple Roles
Saved candidates can be reused for future roles. Return to the candidate profile and click Add to Job, then select the new role.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add the same candidate to more than one job?
Yes. A saved candidate can be added to multiple jobs independently.
What if a candidate also applies organically?
They will appear with both entries. The system will flag or merge duplicates depending on your account configuration.
Can multiple team members access the same pool?
Yes, subject to role-based permissions.
