How to Enable SANAD Sourcing on a Job?

This article explains how to enable AI Sourcing on a live job so that SANAD begins generating AI-matched candidate recommendations for that role.


Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Jobs in the main navigation.
  2. Open a job that is in a Live or Published state.
  3. Inside the job, locate the Sanad Recommendations tab.
  4. Click the Sanad Recommendations tab.
  5. Click Enable Sourcing.
  6. Candidate recommendations will begin appearing shortly.

📌 Note: The Sanad Recommendations tab does not appear on Draft, Closed, or On Hold jobs. Only live, active postings are eligible.

Improving Match Quality

  • Use a specific, accurate job title.
  • Include a requirements section with skills, experience level, and location.
  • Avoid placeholder or template text in the JD fields.

No. Enabling only generates a list. No action is taken until you explicitly click Invite to Apply or Add to Job Inbox.
