How to Review and Act on Sourced Candidates?
Overview
Once SANAD Sourcing is enabled and candidate recommendations have loaded, you can review each candidate and take action. This article covers the review process and each available action.
Reviewing Candidate Cards
Each candidate in the Sanad Recommendations tab appears as a card showing:
- Name and current or most recent job title.
- Location.
- Experience level.
- AI match indicator, relevance signal based on the job description.

Reveal Email
Click Reveal Email to unlock the candidate’s contact email address.

Invite to Apply
Click Invite to Apply to send the candidate an invitation to apply.
Add to Job Inbox
Click Add to Job Inbox to add the candidate directly to the job pipeline without waiting for them to apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I un-invite a candidate?
No. Once sent, the invitation cannot be recalled.
If I add a candidate to the Job Inbox, will they be notified?
No. Only Invite to Apply sends a notification email.
Can I filter the Sanad Recommendations list?
In Phase 1, the list is sorted by AI match relevance. Additional filtering is planned for a future release.
