Overview
SANAD AI Summary is an AI-powered feature inside Talentera that generates an instant, bullet-point snapshot of any candidate’s recorded activity in your account. Instead of manually reading through application history, evaluation scores, and pipeline outcomes for each candidate, you click one button and get a structured summary in seconds.
You would use the SANAD AI Summary during sourcing or shortlisting sessions when you need to review many candidates quickly and decide which are worth a deeper look.
This article explains what the summary contains, how it works, and what it does not do.
Where to Find It
SANAD AI Summary is located inside CV Search. To access it:
- Go to CV Search.
- Open any candidate profile.
- Click the Activities tab.
- Click Summarize with Sanad.
The summary generates in seconds and is visible to all team members with access to that candidate profile.

What the Summary Contains
The summary compresses the candidate’s existing activity data into four categories:
- Application patterns, roles they applied to, frequency, and timeline.
- Missed steps, scheduled interviews, questionnaires, or assessments were not completed.
- Evaluation scores and recruiter ratings collected across your account.
- Pipeline outcomes, stages where the candidate advanced, were screened out, or rejected.
The summary is generated in the language of your Talentera interface. Arabic job titles and stage names are preserved as they appear in your account.

What SANAD AI Summary Does NOT Do
- It does NOT rank or score candidates against a job description. That is SANAD Shortlisting, a separate feature.
- It does NOT give a fit verdict or make a hiring recommendation.
- It does NOT analyze CVs or external profile data.
- In Phase 1, summaries are factual activity signals only, with no AI interpretation of candidate suitability.
- It is NOT available inside the Job Inbox in Phase 1. CV Search only.

Language and Team Sharing
Summaries are generated in your current interface language (Arabic or English). Once generated by one team member, the summary is visible to all users with access to that candidate. It automatically refreshes when a new activity is recorded.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is SANAD AI Summary the same as SANAD Shortlisting?
No. SANAD AI Summary generates a factual activity snapshot from your system data. SANAD Shortlisting ranks and scores applicants against a job description. These are separate features.
Can other team members see the summary I generate?
Yes. Once generated, the summary is visible to all users with access to that candidate profile.
What if the summary appears incorrect?
The summary reflects the activity data recorded in your account. If something looks wrong, check the candidate’s full activity log. If you believe there is a system error, contact support with the candidate ID and a screenshot.
