Overview
SANAD Sourcing is an AI-powered candidate-discovery feature within Talentera. When a job is live in your account, you can enable SANAD Sourcing on that job to receive a curated list of AI-matched candidates, delivered directly inside the job’s workflow.
SANAD Sourcing supplements the pipeline with AI-matched external candidates when the organic applicant pool is not large enough or qualified enough.
How SANAD Sourcing Works
SANAD Sourcing works through a new tab inside the Talentera Job Folder called SANAD Recommendations. When you enable AI Sourcing on a job, the results appear inside the Sanad Recommendations tab.
From there, you can review profiles, reveal contact details, invite candidates to apply, or add them to the job inbox.
Available Actions in Phase 1
- Invite to Apply sends the candidate an invitation to apply for the role.
- Adding a candidate to the Job Inbox adds them directly to the job pipeline.
- Reveal Email unlocks the candidate’s contact email. Consumes AI credits.

What SANAD Sourcing Is NOT
- NOT the same as SANAD Shortlisting. Sourcing surfaces external candidates; shortlisting ranks applicants who have already applied.
- NOT a replacement for organic applicant sourcing, it supplements the pipeline.
- NOT an outreach automation tool in Phase 1.
Eligibility
SANAD Sourcing is available on all live jobs in accounts with SANAD AI features enabled. The Sanad Recommendations tab appears only when AI Sourcing is enabled on that job. Match quality depends on the completeness of the job description.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SANAD Sourcing replace the organic applicant pool?
No. SANAD Sourcing supplements the applicant pool. Organic applicants continue to appear in the standard pipeline. AI-suggested candidates are tagged separately.
What happens to credits when I use SANAD Sourcing?
Credits are consumed when you Reveal Email, Invite to Apply, or Add to Job Inbox. Viewing candidate cards does not consume credits.
Can I use SANAD Sourcing on draft jobs?
No. SANAD Sourcing must be enabled only on live, active jobs.
